I was a handful of months out of school, working my first design job.
A book came out. My work was in it. Across multiple pages!
I was over the moon.
Sure, the pictures are microscopic. Yes, my work didn't make it to the full-color glossy sections.
It didn't matter. I had always dreamed of seeing my words and/or pictures in an honest-to-god publication.
Exactly one person (a student in a web design course in a faraway state) reached out to me via my printed website address. I felt like a celebrity!
These websites and all associated graphics and files have been lost to the ravages of time (and faulty hard drives). I'm grateful for these snapshots that immortalize my humble beginnings.
